VZU launches AI Pods.
VANCOUVER, BC — 20 July 2026 — VZU today announced the launch of AI Pods, a set of eleven specialized agent delivery pods built on the Netwit Agentic OS runtime. The pods cover the workflows operators most often ask the VZU team to automate: prospecting, lead qualification, SDR outreach, support deflection, campaign orchestration, content production, email personalization, customer onboarding, invoice processing, contract analysis, and HR screening.
Each pod ships as a pre-built agent with a defined goal, a toolset (implemented as MCP servers), a memory schema, an RBAC profile, and an audit trail. Operators activate a pod, point it at their data, and the pod starts working. The pod is human-supervised by default — every action is logged, every decision can be paused, and every handoff to a human is one configuration flag.
Pricing is token-based, metered monthly. The token cost varies by pod and by the model the operator selects. A typical mid-market operator running the Prospector Pro, Qualifier, and Support Deflector pods in production uses about $400-1,200/month in tokens, depending on call volume and conversation length. The token math is published on the VZU pricing page.
The eleven pods were chosen based on the workflows the VZU team has shipped the most in the last 18 months. The criteria for inclusion: the workflow has a clear goal, a structured toolset, a measurable outcome, and is generalizable across operators. The pods are not industry-specific — a healthcare operator and a SaaS operator can both run the Support Deflector pod, with the configuration customized to their domain.
A custom agent service is also available for operators with workflows that do not map to the eleven pods. The custom agent service is a two-week engagement: the VZU team builds the agent on the Netwit runtime, ships the MCP servers, and hands off. The engagement is fixed-fee. The custom agent runs on the same runtime and audit trail as the off-the-shelf pods.
The AI Pods are available immediately to enterprise operators. The signup is at vzu.ca/agents/. The pricing is at vzu.ca/pricing/. The documentation is at vzu.ca/docs/agents/. For operators who want to see a pod in action, the VZU team runs live demos every Thursday at 10am Pacific.
