TrackSphere.
Real-time GPS, photo proof, AI-sequenced routes.
The last-mile operating system. Every stop captured with GPS + photo + timestamp. Every route re-sequenced by AI as conditions change. Average 40% fuel savings. White-labeled for the operator.

The product
What TrackSphere is.
TrackSphere is the real-time tracking and proof-of-delivery layer for last-mile operators. The driver app captures GPS, photo, signature, and timestamp on every stop. The dispatcher dashboard shows the fleet live, the route progress, and the exceptions. The customer notification engine keeps the end-customer informed without the operator building a notification stack.
The AI route optimization is the differentiator. TrackSphere continuously re-sequences stops using traffic, vehicle capacity, time-window commitments, and historical stop duration. New orders slot in. Stops that ran long trigger a re-plan. The dispatcher sees the new route, and the driver app gets the updated sequence.
White-labeled. The driver app, the dashboard, the customer notifications — all under the operator's brand. TrackSphere is the runtime, not the surface.
The problem
Last mile is a margin killer.
The "where's my order" tax
40% of support tickets are status checks.
Customers call the call centre to ask where the package is. Each ticket is a cost. The answer is in the data — the data is just not exposed. The driver has the GPS, the dispatcher has the spreadsheet, the customer has the receipt.
The fuel line item
Routes are planned by gut.
The dispatcher prints a manifest at 6 a.m. and the driver follows the order. Traffic changes, orders come in late, one stop runs an hour long. Nobody re-plans. The fuel cost grows linearly with the inefficiency.
The dispute stack
"Delivered" is a he-said-she-said.
The customer says it didn't arrive. The driver says it did. The chargeback lands anyway. The proof — GPS, photo, signature, timestamp — wasn't captured, so the operator eats the loss.
The solution
Every stop, captured. Every route, sequenced.
TrackSphere captures the proof at the moment of delivery. GPS coordinates, photo of where the package was left, signature or OTP, and the timestamp — all attached to the order, all queryable from the API, all available as evidence in a dispute. The chargeback rate drops because the proof is real.
The AI re-sequences the route in real time. New orders slot in. Stops that run long trigger a re-plan. The driver gets the updated sequence in the app, with turn-by-turn navigation and a live ETA. The dispatcher sees the fleet and the exceptions. The customer gets the notification when the driver is two stops away.
Average fuel savings: 40%. Average "where's my order" tickets: down 60%+. Average chargeback rate: down because the proof is real.

Everything it does
What TrackSphere ships with.
- 01Real-time GPS + photo + signature + timestamp proof on every stop, queryable from the REST API
- 02AI route optimization — re-sequences stops as traffic, capacity, and time windows shift, with sub-minute ETA refresh
- 03Dispatcher dashboard — live fleet view, exception queue, driver messaging, and proof-of-delivery search
- 04Driver mobile SDK — white-labeled iOS / Android apps, offline-first, with turn-by-turn and barcode scanning
- 05Customer notification engine — SMS / email / WhatsApp triggers on dispatch, on-the-way, delivered, and exception
- 06Geofencing & stop validation — auto-detects arrival, validates address match, flags suspicious stops
- 07Dispute evidence pack — exports GPS, photo, signature, and timestamp as a single PDF for chargeback defense
- 08Operator-controlled deployment — same runtime in cloud, hybrid, or on-prem; the data lives where the operator says it does
