VZU launches MailOps.
VANCOUVER, BC — 10 July 2026 — VZU today announced the launch of MailOps, a service that turns the email inbox into an operations layer. MailOps reads inbound email, classifies intent, extracts the data, routes the work to the right team or system, and executes the task — all without a human opening the message first.
MailOps is built on the PostMTA email infrastructure and the InboxGrove classification engine, both of which are part of the VZU family. PostMTA handles the receipt, parsing, and storage of the email. InboxGrove handles the classification. A Netwit agent handles the routing and execution. The three layers are stitched together with MCP, and the audit trail is unified across all three.
The use cases are the ones operators told VZU they were losing hours to: support requests buried under sales pitches, vendor invoices mis-routed to accounting, contract redlines sitting in a personal inbox, RFP responses going out late because no one triaged them. MailOps is the triage layer. The human only sees the messages the agent cannot confidently handle, plus a daily summary of what the agent did on its own.
A Dubai e-commerce operator running MailOps in production since May reports that about 73% of inbound email is now handled without a human opening it. The remaining 27% is routed to the right human within an average of 4 minutes. The operator's previous baseline was an average of 6 hours from email arrival to first human response.
MailOps is available immediately. The setup is a 1-2 week engagement, depending on the operator's email volume and the number of routing rules. The pricing is per-inbox, metered monthly. The minimum engagement is 10 inboxes. There is no upper limit — the largest current deployment is 12,000 inboxes for a UAE government operator.
For operators already running PostMTA, MailOps activates against the existing infrastructure — no email migration required. For operators on Gmail, Outlook 365, or any IMAP-accessible mailbox, MailOps connects via a read-only OAuth scope and runs in the background. The agent does not send email from the operator's account without explicit per-action approval.
