Wahix India reaches a healthcare milestone.

MUMBAI, IN — 15 May 2026 — Wahix India, a VZU family company, today announced a milestone in its healthcare work. The company has shipped its custom telemedicine platform to a Mumbai-based hospital group, with the platform now handling appointment booking, patient record access, prescription management, and follow-up scheduling for the hospital group's network.

The platform is built on the Netwit Agentic OS runtime. The patient-facing app is a multi-language Android and iOS app (English, Hindi, Marathi). The clinician-facing dashboard is a web app with a Netwit agent that triages incoming patient messages, surfaces the most urgent first, and drafts responses for the clinician's review.

The deployment is on-prem, hosted in the hospital group's own data center. The on-prem deployment was a requirement of the hospital group's data handling policies. The Netwit runtime supports on-prem natively — the same orchestrator that runs in the cloud runs on the hospital's hardware, with the same audit trail and the same RBAC.

Wahix India does not disclose customer counts, revenue figures, or headcount as a matter of company policy. The milestone is operational: a specific platform, deployed to a specific customer, running a specific workload, in production. The company will share details under NDA with prospective customers evaluating the platform.

The platform is available to Indian healthcare operators. The setup is a 4-8 week engagement, depending on the operator's existing systems and the scope of the deployment. The pricing is per-seat, metered monthly. The platform ships on the Netwit Agentic OS runtime and includes the audit log, the RBAC, and the on-prem deployment option.
