A VZU tool · fullstack-dev.vzu.ca
Fullstack Dev.
Backend, frontend, infra. Postgres, queues, payments, deploy. One pod, end to end, on the VZU Agentic OS.
VZU Fullstack Dev is a subscription engineering pod for operators who need the whole stack shipped. The pod covers the backend, the frontend, and the infra: Postgres schemas and migrations, API surfaces, queue workers, payment flows, the deploy pipeline, and the observability that makes the system legible. The pod runs on the VZU Agentic OS, with senior and mid-level engineers in the loop. Fullstack Dev is a tool inside the VZU family, operated by Virtual Zero Unbound Inc.
What ships
Six capabilities.
Lead capability
One pod, end to end.
02
Postgres, schemas, migrations.
Schema design, typed query clients, migration scripts, seed data, and a local dev environment that runs the same code as production.
03
Queues, workers, scheduled jobs.
Event-driven backends using Cloudflare Queues, Postgres-based jobs, or self-hosted workers. The pod picks the right primitive per workload.
04
Payments wired in.
Stripe Connect for marketplaces. Stripe Billing for subscriptions. Webhooks signed and audited. Refund flows and dunning handled at the data layer.
05
Deploy pipeline, end to end.
Branch previews, edge deploys, rollback, and observability. Cloudflare Pages or self-hosted Node — the operator picks the target.
06
Auth, RBAC, and the audit trail.
The NetWit runtime handles identity, RBAC at the agent level, and the audit trail. Every action is recorded. Every record is queryable.
The deep view
On pods, agents, and the supervisor in the loop.
Fullstack Dev is a subscription pod, not a contractor mill. Each pod has a senior engineer, a mid-level engineer, and a stack of AI agents running on the VZU Agentic OS. The agents do the boilerplate: the migrations, the test scaffolding, the search, the type generation. The humans do the design, the architecture, the code review, and the on-call. The ratio is roughly 70/30 in favour of the humans for design work, and the opposite for the boilerplate.
The pod's job is to ship. The pod is not a discovery engagement, not a tech-debt audit, not a slide deck. The pod writes the code, deploys the code, and operates the code. The pod reports weekly on what shipped, what is in flight, and what is blocked. The operator's job is to set the priorities, attend the demo, and unblock the work.
The tech stack is the operator's choice within reason. Next.js or Astro on the frontend. Postgres on the data layer. Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, or self-hosted Node on the deploy. Stripe for payments. PostMTA or InboxGrove for email. The pod does not ship a proprietary stack; the pod ships standard, auditable, well-typed code.
The pricing is token-based, metered monthly, and published. There is no per-seat minimum, no enterprise-tier-only obfuscation, no per-deployment fee. The cost is the cost. The pricing page is at vzu.ca/pricing/. The math is published; the operator can estimate the bill before the pilot starts.
Fullstack Dev is one of twelve VZU tools operated by Virtual Zero Unbound Inc. The full set spans the engineering surface: App Builder, Web App Builder, Frontend Design, Frontend Design Expert, UI/UX Pro Max, UI/UX Designer, Landing Page Builder, Code Review, Prompt Engineer, MiniMax XLSX, and Web Scraper. Each tool is a different shape of the same operator-owned discipline.
The process
How it works.
- 01.
Brief the pod.
The operator describes the work: a new product, an internal tool, a payment flow, a migration off a legacy stack. VZU responds with a fixed-fee pilot scoped to the first shippable slice.
- 02.
Stand up the stack.
The pod scaffolds the repo, wires the data layer, sets up the deploy pipeline, and ships a working slice into a branch preview in days, not weeks.
- 03.
Iterate weekly.
The pod ships every week. The operator reviews the demo, sets the priorities, and the loop continues. The audit trail is on from day one.
- 04.
Hand off, or keep going.
At any point the operator can take the codebase in-house. The pod will hand off with documentation, recorded runbooks, and a clean repo. Or the pod can keep going as a long-term subscription.
Where the pod works
Engineers in three time zones.
The pod is staffed out of Vancouver, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The handoffs are real. The follow-the-sun coverage is real. The on-call is real.

Questions
Frequently asked.
- Is this a contracting firm?
- No. Fullstack Dev is a subscription pod with senior and mid-level engineers supported by AI agents on the VZU Agentic OS. The pod ships code every week. The pricing is published.
- What stack does the pod work in?
- Next.js or Astro on the frontend. Postgres on the data layer. Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, or self-hosted Node on the deploy. Stripe for payments. The pod is opinionated but flexible within those bounds.
- Who owns the code?
- The operator owns the code. The pod writes into the operator's Git provider from the first commit. There is no proprietary runtime to keep paying for.
- Who operates this?
- Virtual Zero Unbound Inc., the VZU holding entity. The pod draws from the same engineering bench that runs the NetWit runtime and the Wahix India engineering arm.
- What is the engagement shape?
- A 30-day fixed-fee pilot to ship the first working slice, then a subscription for ongoing work. The pricing is published. The math is published.
